Complete the necessary documents

!!!The candidate is obliged to submit the following documents:!!!

 

  • photocopy of the Secondary School Final Examination results and the original available for inspection
  • 1 photograph in electronic form – compliant with the requirements used when issuing identity cards (uploading the photo to the candidate’s account is required when completing the form and is necessary for qualification for studies).
    The photo attached to the form will be verified by the Recruitment Office staff.
    In case of problems with reading it or incorrect format, the candidate is required to send the photo again, in accordance with the requirements used for issuing identity cards.
  • medical certificate – issued by the occupational medicine physician stating no contraindications to undertake studies in Information technology
  • proof of payment of the administrative recruitment fee (does not apply to candidates during the promotion period)
  • certificate of disability if a degree of disability was determined

Foreigners are required to provide
  • A photocopy of a visa, residence card or other document entitling to stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the original for inspection.
  • A photocopy of the Pole’s Card and the original for inspection (if applicable).
  • A photocopy of the Maturity Certificate or a document equivalent to the Polish Maturity Certificate, translated by a sworn translator entered on the list of sworn translators of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland and bearing an apostille clause, and the original for inspection.
  • Certificate confirming the knowledge of the Polish language at the language proficiency level of at least B2, issued by: the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language, authorized by the Minister responsible for higher education and science to organize examinations in Polish as a foreign language at a certain language proficiency level (a Polish or foreign university conducting studies in Polish philology, a Polish or foreign entity that has been conducting foreign language courses or classes in teaching Polish or Polish as a foreign language or other didactic classes in Polish for at least three years).
  • A photocopy of the insurance policy in case of illness or accident, covering the period of education in Poland, and the original available for inspection.

 

All documents issued in a foreign language will be accepted together with a translation into Polish prepared by a sworn translator entered on the list of sworn translators of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland.

The candidate is obliged to personally deliver the set of documents

Submit documents and complete formalities directly at the Recruitment Office.

 

Take your ID card with you to confirm your identity.
Remember that admission to studies is based on the order of applications.

 

Candidates who provide complete required documentation and complete formalities related to enrollment in the selected field of study are admitted to the studies.

Filling out only the form in the electronic recruitment system of WSTI in Katowice or submitting incomplete documentation does not guarantee a place in the group.

Once you have submitted/delivered all required documents, you are admitted to your studies. Congratulations!

 

After receiving information about your admission to studies, log in to the website www.e-rekrutacja.wsti.pl, where you can check the following information:

  • Your album number
  • The symbol of the group to which you have been assigned
  • Individual bank account number
